Small channel, pointed at something people can buy.

You've been at this a while and it still isn't paying you.

Some videos do okay. Most do nothing. And if somebody asked you why, you couldn't tell them.

You've watched a hundred hours of advice about titles and thumbnails. None of it helped on the day you actually sat down to make something.

You don't need more information. You need somebody who's done this to look at what you've got and tell you the order to build in.

Most people try one of these two things. I've watched both of them stall out for years.

Trap one. Growth first.

Chase subscribers for three years. Finally hit ten thousand and realise nothing changed, because you never built anything for those people to buy.

You built an audience. You did not build a business.

Trap two. Platform first.

Wait for monetisation. Grind toward the watch-hour requirement. Collect roughly five hundred dollars for a year of weekly uploads.

Then YouTube raises the bar again, like they did this year.

The YT Rev Lab starts with the money.

We work out what you're actually selling first. Then we build the channel to feed it.

That order is the whole difference. It's why a small channel can out-earn a big one, and why that happens more often than anyone admits.

I have a client whose channel averages 150 views a video. He made a $12,000 sale from one of them.

No sales call. Somebody watched, clicked, and bought.

I've been doing this since 2009.

Adam Ivy in his studio in 2010 and 2026

For the first eight years, I made close to nothing.

I was chasing attention with no intention behind it. Parodies. I once ate a Big Mac in a bubble bath by candlelight because I thought it might get views. I had a video do four million views and pay me basically nothing.

Then in 2016 I went legally deaf in my left ear. I was a music producer at the time, which made that roughly a quarterback losing his arm.

When I came back to YouTube, I stopped trying to be entertaining and started trying to be useful.

In 2019 I made one video. Twenty-five minutes, shot in a spare bedroom. It generated over a million dollars.

Same channel that made me nothing for eight years. Nothing changed about my gear or my talent. The video was just built to do a job.

Then I did it again on purpose. A second channel from scratch, different market, no promotion from my main one. It's at 56,000 subscribers on under 50 videos.

From "I make videos" to "my videos make money" in three phases.

DAYS 1–30Phase one

Find the money

  • Which rung of the revenue ladder you're actually on
  • What you could sell, even if you walked in with nothing
  • How to price it without guessing
  • Exactly who it's for, and who it isn't
Goal: a real offer somebody could buy.
DAYS 30–60Phase two

Build the channel that feeds it

  • How YouTube decides whether you're worth showing to anyone
  • The BINGE Method, my scripting structure for holding attention
  • Titles and thumbnails that get the click from the right person
  • Reading your own analytics so you stop guessing
Goal: videos that bring in people who might actually buy.
DAYS 60–90Phase three

Get paid

  • Put the offer in front of the audience without sounding like a guru
  • Where the call to action goes, and how many is too many
  • Fix what didn't work based on feedback from real buyers
  • Pick your next revenue stream and stack it on top
Goal: your first $1,000, and the Four-Figure Channel Award on your wall.

Everywhere else the milestone is subscribers. In here it's dollars.

Cross a revenue threshold with your channel, send me the proof, and I ship you a Channel Award. A physical plaque with a gold record on it, your name and your channel on the plate.

All five are already made. Nobody else in this space is doing this.

Live coaching calls with me

Every week, live. Bring your channel, your videos, whatever you're stuck on. Not a pre-planned curriculum, just whatever members are actually stuck on that week. Recorded if you can't make it.

48 A YEAR

The Channel Growth Stack

My complete system for building a channel that reaches the right people. Offer creation, the 5 C's of Authority, the BINGE Method, packaging, retention. Released a module a week so you're not drowning in it.

12 MODULES

The Channel Revenue Stack

Every way people actually make money with YouTube, ranked worst to best, with honest numbers on each. Sponsorships, affiliate, products, services, workshops, high ticket. Plus how to stack several so each one feeds the others.

20 MODULES

Scriptynite

My high-retention scripting platform. Ideation, validation, full scripts in your voice, and one video repurposed into thirty-plus pieces. It's $97 a month on its own and it's included.

$97/MO VALUE

ClaritiOS

The other tool I built. Run a video through it and it tells you what went wrong. A hook problem, a packaging problem, or something underneath the whole channel. It'll also tell you what a retention dip cost you in dollars.

INCLUDED

Me, in the room, on weekdays

Not a moderator, not a team. Me. Post your title before you publish, post your thumbnail, post the video that flopped and find out why.

DAILY

Read this before you join.

This is for you if

  • You're good at something real that people would pay to learn.
  • You want your channel to make money. Clients, products, sponsorships, or all three.
  • You have a small channel, or none at all. Plenty of people here started close to zero.
  • You've been publishing and it hasn't clicked, and you can't work out why.
  • You'll do the work between calls.

This is definitely not for you if

  • You want a course to watch. This is a room where you do the work.
  • You blame the algorithm. If nothing is ever your fault, nothing ever gets fixed.
  • You're waiting on better gear, a better room, or a better idea.
  • You want somebody to build the whole thing while you watch.
  • You're looking for something that changes everything in thirty days.

One price. Everything included.

Why it's monthly

I could charge five thousand up front. I've done it, and that curriculum is sitting inside this membership right now.

But coaches who charge up front get paid whether you win or not. I'd rather earn it every month. The risk stays on my side.

There's no guarantee

I won't promise a result that depends entirely on whether you do the work. I give you every tool I have and direct access to me every week.

What you do with that is yours. Cancel any time, in two clicks.

Your first week

  1. Join in about two minutes.
  2. Get the curriculum and both tools the same day.
  3. Post an introduction. I'll reply personally.
  4. Jump on the next live call and bring something you're stuck on.
  5. Then decide whether to stay.

Questions you might have.

I don't have a big channel. Is this too early?
No. A good portion of the people in here are starting close to zero, and a few have no channel yet. What matters is that you're good at something real and you'll do the work. The audience is the part we build.
I don't know what I'd sell.
That's phase one and it's the most common starting point. Most people are sitting on something obvious they've stopped noticing because they're too close to it.
I'm not monetised yet. Does that matter?
Not really, and that's the point of this room. AdSense pays roughly five hundred dollars for a full year of weekly uploads. Everything we work on here pays more than that and doesn't require anybody's permission.
I'm already making money. Is this too basic?
No. The ladder goes to eight figures. If you're already at four figures, phase one is about picking the next rung rather than finding the first one.
How much time does this take?
The curriculum drips a module a week, so you're never buried. The live call is 90 minutes and it's recorded. If you're publishing weekly and doing the work behind it, plan on a few hours.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Every call is recorded and posted. Drop your question in the thread beforehand and I'll answer it whether or not you're there.
Is this only for coaches and business owners?
No. It works for anyone who wants their channel to make money. The mechanics are identical whether you run a fly fishing channel or a consulting practice.
I've bought programs before and they didn't work.
Most of them are a course with a Facebook group attached. This is a live room with me in it on weekdays, a call every week, and two pieces of software I built myself. You can cancel any time, so the most it costs to find out is one month.
Does this work for a faceless channel?
Yes. Most of what we cover is about what you're selling and how to package a video so the right person clicks it, and none of that requires your face. If you are on camera, there's presence and delivery coaching in here too. Either way works.
How do the Channel Awards work?
Cross a revenue threshold, send me proof and a link to what produced it, and I ship you the plaque. Sponsorships, clients, products and affiliate income all count.
What if I want more help than the community gives?
Every member gets offered a welcome call. If you want something more hands-on, we'll talk about it there. Nobody gets pitched in the feed.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in two clicks. You keep access through the end of your billing period.

You already know something worth paying for.

The expertise is the hard part and you already have it. What's missing is the order to build in, somebody to tell you the truth about your videos, and a reason to keep going on the weeks nothing lands.

That's what this room is.
